The short version

We don't run servers, we don't store your data, and we don't sell anything about you. Your game saves live on your device. The third-party services we use to ship the game (Google Play Billing for purchases,

Google AdMob for ads, Google Play Games Services for achievements) collect their own data under their own policies, which we link to below.

1. Who we are

KCS LLC ("we," "us," "our") publishes Rogue Pixel, a mobile game distributed through the Google Play Store. This policy explains what information our app handles and how. Contact us at shawn@kcs.llc with any

2. Information we don't collect

KCS LLC does not operate servers that store or process your personal information. We do not maintain user accounts on our infrastructure. We do not collect, log, or transmit your identity, location,

contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or device files. The game itself is fully playable offline.

3. Information collected by third-party services

To distribute the game and offer optional in-app features, the app integrates with services operated by Google. When you use these features, Google collects and processes data under Google's privacy

policies, not ours. We do not receive personally identifiable information from these services beyond what appears in your own Google Play console.

3.1 Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)

If you make a purchase inside the game, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. Google collects your billing information; we receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed for a given

3.2 Google AdMob (advertising)

The free version of the game serves ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising identifier, IP address, device information, coarse location, and ad-interaction history to deliver and measure

ads. You can limit personalized ads in your device's privacy settings, and you can remove ads entirely by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app product. See AdMob and Privacy at

3.3 Google Play Games Services (achievements)

Achievements you earn in-game can be optionally mirrored to your Google Play Games profile. The app communicates with Google's Play Games servers using your Google Play account; we receive only a Play Games

player ID and do not see your name, email, or any other Google account details. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3.4 Game saves

Your in-game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app removes all save data.

4. Children's privacy

Rogue Pixel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The third-party services described in Section 3 operate under their own policies regarding children's

data; if you believe a child has used the game, please contact us so we can confirm no app-side data is held.

5. Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

Because KCS LLC does not collect or process personal data through our own infrastructure, we are not a data controller for information you provide while playing. For data collected by the third-party

services listed in Section 3, the respective providers (Google) act as the data controller. You have the right to access, correct, or delete data held by those providers — see their privacy policies for the

request procedure.

6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

KCS LLC does not sell, share, or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The third-party services listed in Section 3 may do so under their own policies; you can opt out of

personalized ads through Google's Ads Settings page at https://adssettings.google.com or your device's privacy settings.

7. Security

Because we do not collect or transmit your data, there is no KCS LLC database to protect. Your game saves live on your device under the protections your device's operating system provides.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy — for example, if a future version of the game adds new third-party services — we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged

on our website.
